Coastal:  From our base in Santa Monica, California we regularly attend insured vessels berthed in the coastal marinas and sailed in the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Our office is located a very short drive from Marina del Rey harbor.

Inland:   In addition to the coastal work, we serve an extensive inland area providing assistance to owners who trailer their boats to inland lakes and rivers. Although we do not regularly attend boats located at the Colorado River, we include the greater Los Angeles area in our practice, to accommodate owners who bring their boat home for storage or repair. Thus, we are frequently attending boats located in the desert suburb communities of Southern California.

Southern California Areas Served:

All of Los Angeles County, including the big coastal marinas at Marina del Rey, King Harbor, Los Angeles and Long Beach, Catalina Island, inland lakes including Lake Castaic and Westlake (electric boats).

All of Orange County, including the coastal marinas at Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa, and Dana Point, inland lakes including Lake Mission Viejo (electric boats).

Western portions of Riverside County, including inland lakes, Lake Elsinore, Lake Perris, and east to Indio.

Southwestern portions of San Bernardino County, including mountain resorts at Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake, and as far east as Twenty Nine Palms and north to Victorville.

Coastal and southern Ventura County, including the big coastal marinas at Port Hueneme, Oxnard and Ventura.

We do not regularly travel to San Diego County, eastern desert portions of Riverside and San Bernardino counties, Kern County or Santa Barbara County.

Although our service area is large and far flung, during the summer season we handle a volume of attendances (2 to 6 per day) and are able to schedule inspection groupings logistically. For example, we may look at one boat at Newport Beach, stop in and see another in Costa Mesa, see another in Long Beach and end the day in Marina del Rey. Frequently, we attend more than one boat at a popular repair shop on the same day.

We invite requests for attendances to locations outside of our usual service area. We are happy to discuss logistics, costs and current schedules for special needs.
